Instructions:
1. Defrost
the veggie Peking duck in a microwave for approximately
3 minutes, and then slice.
2. Chop the Siamese ginger, lemon grass, leech lime
leaf, shallot, chilli and pickled garlic finely, then
season with Garlic pickle juice, lemon juice and soya
sauce.
3. Add the Peking duck and mix well.
Garnish:
Serve
on a dish and sprinkle mint and spring onion over.
