Instructions:
1.Grill the lamb under a medium heat until both sides are
brown.
2. Mix the chilli sauce, ketchup, oregano, ground pepper
and vinegar together.
3. Pour the sauce over the lamb, add pineapple and top with
bell pepper and diced onion.
4. Cook in an oven until heated through and fragrant.
Garnish:
Pierce a cinnamon stick into each piece of roasted
lamb ( to imitate a leg of lamb)
