Instructions:
1. Grill the sirloin until browned each side, then slice
into cubes.
2. Boil the veggie soup then add the diced potatoes, diced
carrots and diced onions. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the sirloin and cook for a further 5 minutes; season
with soya sauce, lime juice and sugar to taste.
Garnish:
Garnish with chopped spring onion before serving.
